Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2026
1. Introduction
EasyClaw ("we", "our", or "the Service") is a hosted service that runs OpenClaw and connects it to Telegram. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website and services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to provide the Service:
- Account data: When you sign up (e.g. via Google), we receive your email address and name from the authentication provider.
- Agent configuration: You choose your model (e.g. Claude, GPT-5.2, Gemini). We run the model for you on our infrastructure; no API key is required from you.
- Telegram: If you connect Telegram, we store your Telegram chat ID to deliver messages to and from your agent.
- Payment data: Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details; Stripe processes payments on our behalf.
- Google Calendar (optional): If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we request read-only access (
calendar.events.readonly) solely to include your upcoming events as context in your AI-generated daily summaries and automations. We do not modify, delete, store, or share your calendar events. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the dashboard. - Usage: We may log minimal data (e.g. errors, request counts) to operate and improve the Service. We do not log message content for marketing.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide, operate, and improve the Service: to authenticate you, run your OpenClaw agent with your chosen model on our gateway, connect your Telegram account, process subscriptions, and respond to support or legal requests. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Google API Services User Data Policy
EasyClaw's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically: we access Google Calendar data solely to provide the in-app feature of including your calendar events in AI-generated summaries. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the feature, and do not use it for any purpose other than what is described in this policy.
5. Third-Party Services
We rely on third parties to run the Service: Supabase (authentication and database), Google (optional sign-in and Google Calendar integration), Stripe (payments), Telegram (messaging), and hosting (e.g. Vercel). Their privacy policies apply to data they process. We encourage you to review their policies.
6. Data Retention and Security
We retain your account and agent data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service or comply with law. We take reasonable measures to protect your data (e.g. HTTPS, secure storage).
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to or restrict processing. You can update account and agent settings in the dashboard. To request deletion or exercise other rights, contact us at the email below.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
