By accessing or using EasyClaw ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Héctor Guedea and allows you to run an OpenClaw-based AI agent hosted by us and connected to Telegram.

EasyClaw is a managed hosting and integration layer for OpenClaw. We provide the runtime, Telegram integration, dashboard, and billing. We run the AI model for you on a shared OpenClaw gateway (Claude, GPT-5.2, or Gemini); you choose your model and chat via Telegram. We do not guarantee uptime or specific features beyond what is described in the current offering.

You must create an account and maintain an active subscription to use the Service. Fees are billed in advance (e.g. monthly). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion unless required by law. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Abuse or overload our systems or third-party APIs.
• Use the Service for any purpose that could harm others or the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or abused the Service.

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us the limited rights needed to provide the Service (e.g. storing your configuration, relaying messages). We run the model for you on a shared gateway; usage is included per your plan.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE (AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or to protect the Service or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
